4 post 2-storey lifting system

     At present, land shortage occurs in lots of cities. Thinking about repairing more cars in a small area, going upstairs is a best way. There are two ways for automobiles to go upstairs, one is building ramps, and the other is using lifts. Ramps are easy for cars to go up and down, but there are also some drawbacks: 1: It usually occupies very large space, 2: It will make the workshop structure irregular and difficult to manage, 3: The cost is high. Though it is not convenient to go up and down by using lifts, it takes small space and it makes it easy to design the workshop. Since the vehicles which are at sheet metal renovation or paint service don’t need to go up and down frequently, LIFTS become the first choice.

      How to make a big auto repair workshop out of a land area of less than 500 square meters? Taking either the steel structure or steel-concrete structure is ok. On the first floor are the reception, cleaning, mechanic repair/maintenance sections, and on the second floor are the sheet metal renovation and painting sections. The floor slab thickness should be over 15CM, and the base of the slab had better adopt steel channel added steel sheet. It’s really reasonable and affordable to adopt the 2-storey lifting system.
